OLEUS Flandrientrail

Are you ready for the OLEUS Flandrientrail? Is it the first time you run or walk it? WIth the Runners' lab tips, you'll be well prepared for your trail.

Trail shoes

The OLEUS Flandrientrail is mostly off-road. To handle these conditions more easily, trail shoes are recommended. â€‹

Hydration systems

There will be aid stations, but it's nice to have your own drinks. Especially when you go for the longer distances. There are different hydration systems that help you stay hydrated, like running vests or soft flasks.

This event is cupless, which means there will be no cups at the aid stations. Make sure to bring your own soft cup or flask.

Breathable clothes

The end of June can be quite warm, so breathable clothing is definitely a must. For runners and walkers who start early in the morning, an extra layer might be nice. Just make sure it's an item you can easily take off once the sun comes out.

Sports nutrition

Bringing your own energy supply on the go is never a bad idea. There will be aid stations, but a bar, gel or sports drin k can prevent an unexpected energy dip.

OLEUS will be present. It's not the brand for classic gels or bars, but it focuses on supporting and boosting your endurance. Read more about it.
