In our Runners' lab stores, we want to give all runners and walkers the right advice. In our webshop, it's no difference. Via our webshop, we want to bring our products to you in an accessible way.
Of course, we can't do a personal analysis of your foot pattern online. That's why we still advice you to visit our stores for new running shoes or walking shoes. The personal approach and good advice guarantees that you walk home with the most appropriate shoe.
Multiple shoes in different fits and sizes
When you scroll through our online catalog, it becomes clear that we offer multiple shoe models. Our collection includes running and walking shoes of different brands, popular as well as unknown brands. All of our shoes first pass the critical eye of our Runners' lab experts before we sell them. That way, we can guarantee the best quality.
Some shoe models are available in different widths. In Europa, we are one of the few. Ideal for those runners or walkers with somewhat wide or small feet.

In our Runners' lab webshop, we offer a really diverse and specialized collection of running shoes and walking shoes. Not only in different colors, sizes and widths, but also multiple limited edition- and hard to find models.

Local and sustainable vision
Runners' lab wants to help all runners and walkers in Flanders. With that focus in mind, we decided to only deliver our products to Belgium and The Netherlands. This way, we also want to improve our ecological reputation.
Concerning that ecological aspect: by ordering something, you can choose for a sustainable delivery (delivery to a pick-up point or parcel locker). That way, you reduce the CO2 emission with 30%.
after-sales services
Aren't you completely convinced of your new running shoes, walking shoes or accessories? You can return them for free in one of our stores. You can also return them by post. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to inform us and return the products to us.
Keep in mind a few conditions:
- Take care of the product and package.
- You may try the products, but they may not be used or show traces of use.
- Changing or returning is only possible in an undamaged package, together with all belongings.
- All products, purchased via webshop, can be changed or returned, excepted from gift cards, personalised products, club outfits and products with expiry date.
