Exchanges & returns

You may decide to exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Terms and conditions:

  • product and packaging should be handled with care;
  • you may try on products, but they should not be used and therefore also not show any signs of use;
  • return the product(s) in the original, undamaged packaging together with all associated items;
  • all products purchased in our webshop can be returned or exchanged, with the exception of gift cards, personalised products and perishable products.

If you would like to exchange or return your order or part of it, simply go to this page.

  • Enter the details of the product(s) you would like to exchange or return.
  • Select your preferences and submit your return or exchange.
  • You will receive immediately a confirmation by mail.


Terms and conditions:

Exchanging or returning is on your own liability and is possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Please not, the product(s) should not be used and therefore not show any signs of use. Product(s) must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.

For exchanging or returning products, two options are offered.


Exchanging or returning an item is free if you take the product back to one of our stores yourself.

If you wish to return the item via post or courier, you must pay the return costs yourself. Moreover, in such a case you will carry the responsibility for returning the goods.

Return costs will be reimbursed only if we have delivered a wrong or damaged item.

You may decide to exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. For more info, see: "How do I return or exchange a product?".

We will send you a confirmation email as soon we have received your return package.

When returning a product that was partially purchased using discount points, these discount points will be added to your account again.
