The design of the upper is sleek with speed in mind. Additionally, the tongue is fixed in place, preventing it from shifting. The small ridges in the laces ensure they won’t come untied at inconvenient moments.
The midsole integrates several technologies and materials that together provide both comfort and speed.
The top layer is made of PEBA, while the bottom layer is EVA – two materials that ensure a smooth landing. Sandwiched between them is the Pebax plate, which literally propels you forward as you run. Together, these three elements deliver the perfect combination of responsiveness and stability.
The outsole of these HOKA Mach X 2 running shoes features rubber for traction. These rubber zones are strategically placed to minimize any added weight.
