The 4GOLD High Carb is used during prolonged efforts (training or competition) where large amounts of carbohydrates are needed to replenish your glycogen stores. It can also be used as a Carbo Loader before the race to accumulate carbohydrates.
Build up slowly
It is recommended to start with two scoops (60g). Train with that dose an average of 5 times within two weeks before switching to a higher dose, and repeat the process until you reach 80-120g of carbohydrates per hour without problems.
