2:1 blend
Our caffeine gels contain a 2:1 blend of high-quality carbohydrates: maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose. The gels are designed to be used without drinking additional water.

The addition of 80mg of caffeine boosts alertness and concentration, providing a mental boost. The breakdown of caffeine creates a substance that stimulates fat burning.
