Supertrainers
Supertrainers are derived from the high-end racing shoes. They feature less superfoam and generally have a slightly wider base, providing more comfort and stability. The carbon plate is (usually) replaced by a more flexible nylon plate to reduce the stiffness of the shoes. What makes this kind of running shoes unique, is its versatility: it can benefit both recreational runners and experience athletes.
Real race runners can use supertrainers for interval sessions or tempo runs, saving their carbon-plated race running shoes for race day.
More recreational runners can use a supertrainer for a faster race or when aiming for a personal best.
