Propulsive and comfortable 

The spikes feature a comfortable fit, thanks to the engineered mesh upper. It’s breathable and gives the comfort you desire for the longer distances. 

At the same time, the new full-length plate is lighter than the previous version, but maintains its durability. The curved design gives you a propulsive feel. Combine that with the full-length ZoomX foam, and you get an incredible energy return with each step. 

Stable 

The slightly wider mid- and forefoot (in comparison with the previous version of these spikes) improves the stability on straightaways and especially around turns. Two spikes were removed and the big-toe side platform is elevated for extra stability. Plus, the heel structure is updated, which also added a more stable feel.
