The MOVV Solara has got a small update with this MOVV Solara 1.5. It remains a stable running shoe with the same strong upper and durable outsole. The fit also remained unchanged.
What has changed, is the flexibility and softness of the shoe. This updated version has been made slightly softer on the lateral side, allowing for a smoother landing and transition during your stride.
And that is exactly the type of shoe that has become less common in the running market in the recent years. The MOVV Solara fills that gap. Runners who overpronate (= when your feet roll excessively inward during the landing) will likely benefit from these shoes.
This stability is created by the asymmetrical construction of the midsole. The stabilization frame is clearly visible as well. In addition, the SenMo Zone provides active support for the foot arch.
