Portion size | 3g (30 portions)
Use | Mix 3g of powder (= 1 sachet) with 500ml of water. Drink 500ml before, during or after exercise, especially in warm and humid environment. For athletes who sweat heavily and lose a lot of salt: mix 5g of powder (= 2 sachets) with 500ml of water.
