The 6D Ultra Gel is developed for ultra endurance athletes aiming for a carbohydrate intake of 90 to 120g per hour. One gel contains 45g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 carb ratio.
Thanks to the larger volume (70ml), the gel has a liquid texture, making it easier to consume during exercise.
The gels are enriched with 200mg of sodium for rapid replenishment of fluid and salt reserves.
The cherry and blackcurrant flavours also contain 75mg of caffeine to provide both a physical and mental boost.
