The 6D Ultra Chew contains a 1:1 carbohydrate ratio. During exercise, glucose absorption from the intestine into the bloodstream is limited to approximately 60 to 70g per hour. Therefore, for carbohydrate intakes above 90g per hour, more fructose is needed for maximum carbohydrate absorption.
