The 6D Sports Chew is a chewy fruit bar made with purely natural ingredients and enriched with 50% fruit paste for a nice taste. Thanks to the soft bite and compact size, it's easy to use on the go.
2:1 carbohydrate ratio
During exercise, the absorption of glucose from the intestine into the bloodstream is limited to approximately 60-70g per hour. By adding fructose to glucose, the total carbohydrate absorption can be increased to at least 90g per hour, especially in combination with regular 'gut training'.
A 2:1 carb ratio therefore makes efficient use of both absorption pathways. Furthermore, the natural sweetness of fructose within the 2:1 ratio provides the perfect balance between efficient energy supply and a delicious taste.
