One drinking bottle of 500ml carboloader contains 70 grams of carbohydrates. The recommended total carbohydrate intake is up to 10 grams per kg of bodyweight.

You do not need to drink it all in one go, it can be spread throughout the day. Depending on the number of carbohydrates needed, you can safely drink 1 to 1.5 litres.
