In such cases, an isotonic gel can be useful to replenish your energy reserves quickly. Our Isotonic Gels contain a 2:1 mix of high quality carbohydrates: maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose. The isotonic formula ensures fast absorption and allows you to use the gels without drinking extra water.
