The experienced runner will find the ideal pace shoe in the Mach 5 while for the recreational runner this model can function as a competition shoe.
This Mach 5 is even smoother and softer than its predecessor. The stacked midsole of PROFLY™ is a super lightweight, responsive, yet incredibly soft layer of foam. This translates into outstanding cushioning when landing. Then again, with every push-off, you'll experience a propulsive effect. Just below that is a rubber EVA outsole that also provides good cushioning. The outsole also provides an energetic contact with the ground. The Meta-Rocker system, which ensures a smooth foot roll, could not be missing in this edition either.
In this latest version, there are some new features. The upper consists of an engineered mesh to take breathable comfort to the next level and to be more comfortable around the midfoot. The flat tongue also provides extra comfort.
